Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SMEMinds Amazon Playbook ("the Service"), operated by SMEMinds LLP, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is an online learning product for Amazon India sellers — training modules, templates, SOPs, calculators, and certificates of completion. It is educational material and does not guarantee any specific business result. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Amazon.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one user; sharing paid access is not permitted.

3. Plans, billing & access

Some content is free; other content requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Access is granted for the subscription period you purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the paid content, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass the paywall or security. Content is for your own business use only.

5. Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, and materials are owned by SMEMinds LLP and protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them — not ownership.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMEMinds LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
