Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to SMEMinds Amazon Playbook, operated by SMEMinds LLP.

1. Free content

A portion of the Service is free. You can evaluate it before paying — no card required.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription any time from your account settings or by emailing support@smeminds.com. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; it will not renew after that.

3. Refunds

Because this is digital content available immediately on purchase, sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase if you have consumed only a minimal amount of the paid content and are not satisfied — email us and we will review in good faith. Refunds for duplicate charges or proven technical failure are always honoured in full.

4. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. We will confirm by email.
