These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SMEMinds Amazon Account Management Playbook, including its website, learning content, calculators, AI tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SMEMinds AI Consulting LLP ("SMEMinds", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
2. The Service & licence
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own learning and business use. The Service, including all course content, videos, templates, calculators, and software, is owned by SMEMinds or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or share your access or the content; (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (c) circumvent access controls, paywalls, or usage limits; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Plans, billing & taxes
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or yearly). Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of, or inclusive of, applicable GST as indicated at checkout. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for each payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.
5. Renewals & cancellation
Subscriptions may renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds
Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase, subject to our refund policy. Refund requests can be made via support@smeminds.com. Renewals and partial periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Certificates
Certificates are issued to eligible learners on qualifying paid plans who complete the required coursework and assessment. Certificates evidence completion of the Playbook and are not a professional accreditation, guarantee of results, or endorsement by Amazon or any marketplace.
8. Educational content — no guarantees
The Service provides educational and informational content, including tools that estimate marketplace fees and profitability. Such estimates are illustrative and depend on inputs and marketplace policies that change over time. The Service does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
9. Third parties & trademarks
"Amazon", "Flipkart", "Myntra" and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners. SMEMinds is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMEMinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
