This Privacy Policy explains how SMEMinds AI Consulting LLP ("SMEMinds", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the SMEMinds Amazon Account Management Playbook (the "Service"). - Billing: plan, transaction records, and invoices. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full payment credentials.
- Learning activity: module progress, quiz results, certificates, notes, and tool inputs (e.g. figures you enter into calculators).
- Technical: device, browser, IP address, and usage analytics collected to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service, track your learning, and issue certificates and invoices.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate service updates, support, and (where you have opted in) marketing.
- To improve content, tools, and platform performance.
